Note: Changes to the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country/Dodge
Caravan were inspected, information provided by the original vehicle
manufacturer was reviewed and engineering specialists consulted, indicating
that the 2011 Caravan compliance requirements considered in the NMEDA review
are pass-thru from the 2010 model so long as alterers have not changed any part
of their design and no vehicle alterations are performed in front of the
vehicle “A” pillar.

2 Up to September 1, 2010: The 30 mph frontal impact requirements of the FMVSS 208,
using two 50th percentile male test dummies, were reviewed (49CFR
571.208 S4.2.6, S4.2.7 and S5.1). As of September 1, 2010: The 35 mph frontal
impact requirements of the FMVSS 208, using two 50th percentile male
test dummies, were reviewed (49CFR 571.208 S4.2.6, S4.2.7 and S5.1 (b) (2).
3 All static requirements of the F/CMVSS 207 and 210 were reviewed.
