Comprehensive Automotive Mobility Solutions Course for Health Professionals (CAMS-HP)

This continuing education course contains a range of topics pertaining to personal automotive mobility solutions. It will assist the allied health care practitioner in understanding and advocating for individuals seeking automotive vehicle modification solutions, while also teaching practitioners about the unique process involved in evaluating, selecting and purchasing appropriate automotive options.
This course qualifies the attendee for .7 AOTA CEU, 7 ADED CEH, 7 AKTA CEH, 7 Case Manager CCMC CEH and .6 RESNA (by request only).

Amy Lane, OTR/L, CDRS, is an Occupational Therapist and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Rehabilitation Science & Technology at the University of Pittsburgh. She has more than 30 years of experience practicing as an occupational therapist. Amy has worked in the field of driver rehabilitation for more than 20 years as manager and director of the Adaptive Driving Program, a comprehensive driver rehabilitation program. She has presented regionally, nationally and internationally on this specialty field. She has collaborated with AOTA, NHTSA, and ADED and served on various national panels related to driver rehabilitation, community mobility, and defining the spectrum of driver rehabilitation programs. Amy is an active member of ADED and NMEDA, and is a NMEDA certified CAMS-HP Regional trainer
Activity Cancellation by the Provider
The Provider (NMEDA) reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances at any time. Any tuition fees will be refunded in full. However, NMEDA will not be responsible for nonrefundable airline and hotel reservations that a participant incurred due to cancellation of the course. NMEDA reserves the right to change a course date, location or instructor.
With this in mind, we recommend that you include a cancellation clause when booking your flight or hotel reservations, or refrain from making the reservations until 1 week prior to the scheduled training.
Activity Cancellation by the Attendee
No refunds or transfers will be issued for course cancellations made by the attendee unless sufficient written notice is given.
