Comprehensive Automotive Mobility Solutions Course for Health Professionals (CAMS-HP)

This continuing education course contains a range of topics pertaining to personal automotive mobility solutions. It will assist the allied health care practitioner in understanding and advocating for individuals seeking automotive vehicle modification solutions, while also teaching practitioners about the unique process involved in evaluating, selecting and purchasing appropriate automotive options.

This course qualifies the attendee for .7 AOTA CEU, 7 ADED CEH, 7 AKTA CEH, 7 Case Manager CCMC CEH and .6 RESNA (by request only).

Chad Strowmatt (BS, CDRS, LOT) is a Driving Educator, Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and Occupational Therapist with 27 years of experience in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma in the field of driver rehabilitation. He is the owner of Strowmatt Rehabilitation Services, Inc. and provides driver evaluation and training for individuals with a variety of disabilities. Chad has taught several 2-day workshops on Vehicle Modifications for ADED as well as ½ day pre-conference workshops at NMEDA. Chad is the one of the certified trainers for the NMEDA CAMS-HP Regional Training Program.

Cancellation Policy:

Activity Cancellation by the Provider
The Provider (NMEDA) reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances at any time. Any tuition fees will be refunded in full. However, NMEDA will not be responsible for nonrefundable airline and hotel reservations that a participant incurred due to cancellation of the course. NMEDA reserves the right to change a course date, location or instructor.

With this in mind, we recommend that you include a cancellation clause when booking your flight or hotel reservations, or refrain from making the reservations until 1 week prior to the scheduled training.

No refunds or transfers will be issued for course cancellations made by the attendee unless sufficient written notice is given.
