How do I register for and use my purchased licenses?

  1. Log in to your member account
  2. Under “My Events” (top menu), click “Register for another event”
  3. Select NMEDA Certified Sales Consultant from the list of available events
  4. After the licenses are purchased, add trainees to the course (see details below)
  5. Complete courses #1-8 in the Required Course Checklist below

You must successfully complete ALL online courses #1-8 BEFORE you can take the online NMEDA Certification Test (#9 in the checklist).

Trainees must be added before the 2-year license expires.

A $100 bulk license allows for up to 5 trainees to take the NCS Curriculum.
The NMEDA Online Membership Portal will retain all available/unused licenses for up to two (2) years. To add trainees, simply login to your account. Once logged in, click on “My Events” (top menu) and select the “Event Licenses (Unused)” tab. On this page, you may “Assign Attendees” to any remaining unused licenses. Note: Once assigned, licenses cannot be transferred or reassigned. Licenses may be used across multiple dealer locations within the same company.
